What do you think about the way WordPress handles menus? Is it easy or hard?

It takes more practice to understand what is where and to use it correctly and comfortably. I have to think twice when using the menus. Otherwise, it is easy to use.

What would you change about it, if anything, and why?

I am not familiar enough to want to change anything 
about it.
