*What was the most difficult part of installing WordPress? How did you overcome it?

I read all the articles and watched all the videos to understand where to start in the first place. Uploading the file scared me, but once it started, it continued.

*What is your first impression of WordPress? Does it look scary or easy? Is there anything that looks confusing?

For me WordPress is an unknown that needs to be learned. Although it still scares me right now, it will be easy when I start to use and learn it. But right now I am in beginner level and therefore everything feels complicated.
